Integrity has recently completed a lab conversion at the newly opened Wootton Science Park in Oxford. Working with the client to realise their vision of combined office and lab space, Integrity needed to make the newly finished Cat A office space suitable for the client’s needs. Integrity delivered the project on time and to the client’s specifications.

Chippenham Dilapidation Project

The Integrity FM team has undertaken another dilapidations project with great success, this time in Chippenham, Wiltshire. A quick turnaround to ensure the building was ready for an incoming tenant meant that the team had to work efficiently to get the building ready for handover at the end of the month.

Large-Scale Dilapidation Project

Integrity has undertaken a large dilapidations project at a commercial site in Droitwich, Worcestershire. The combined warehouse and office space was in need of decorations and repair, and after a successful competitive tender, Integrity was awarded the works.

A programme of works that ran for several weeks included roofing works, re-decorations as well as various compliance testing to ensure the building was ready to be re-let by the landlord.

New Role for Phil

A familiar face (and voice) to all Integrity staff and customers, Phil Terry, is one of Integrity’s longest-serving employees. We’re happy to announce that Phil will be taking on a new role working in the office Monday – Thursday to oversee the Control Room and Helpdesk to assist both staff with queries and also clients with footage requests and alarm activations.

Phil has held several positions at Integrity, and his vast understanding of the day-to-day operation is invaluable in ensuring that incidents and queries are addressed and resolved.  

Large-Scale Refurbishment Project

Integrity is delighted to have been awarded another significant dilapidation works contract for an industrial warehouse with ground and first-floor offices totalling almost 60,000 sq ft. The property is currently undergoing a full refurbishment. The warehouse is of two-bay steel portal frame construction, with part brick/clad elevations and an eaves height of approximately 4.3m. The warehouse is to benefit from a new profile-clad roof with LED lighting and access via a level access roller shutter door to the side elevation and a rear dock level loading door.

A ground and first floor office block is constructed to the front elevation to the front are part single storey and part two storey. Incorporated within this area are a canteen, works and office WCs and various cellular and open-plan meeting rooms and offices. The specifications for the offices are good, with suspended ceilings and CAT II lighting as well as central heating and carpeting.

15-year anniversary

Integrity Security Group, which was formed by local entrepreneur and managing director Will Adams, has seen its dedicated approach to customer service and the development of its staff pay off, with continued expansion of the Facilities Management division the Company is going from strength to strength. The company has seen turnover grow from just £50,000 in the first year to more than £4.2 million for the last financial year and workforce numbers have risen from seven people to over 115 employees. “It has been a real whirlwind 15 years that’s for sure and the pace of growth doesn’t look like letting up just yet,” commented Will Adams.

10 year Long Service Awards
