Integrity Achieves ACS Success

Integrity Security has achieved accreditation with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) via the Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS).

The ACS Standard encompasses all aspects of a security provider’s operation. It takes a holistic view of how well an organisation is managed and an approved organisation must demonstrate to an independent assessor, on an annual basis, that it has met defined standards

As part of the ACS audit, the Company was assessed on 89 individual indicators of achievement, Integrity hold SIA approved contractor status for the provision of both Security Guarding & Key Holding  services.

Out of 2,522 companies that operate in the security field, around 650 are registered with ACS. Taking that into account and coupled with the audit score Integrity’s performance sits within the top 20 per cent of security firms in the UK as a whole.

Shared Success between Integrity & West Midlands Police

Co-operation between an Integrity CCTV Control Room Officer, our duty Regional Support Supervisor and West Midlands Police has led to the arrest of two persons in West Bromwich.

The incident occurred in the early hours of 24th August 2011 when the CCTV operator spotted a suspicious transit van and radioed the Regional Support Supervisor to assist. Integrity’s Supervisor was on the scene in minutes and able to relay the vehicles registration to the control room who were already on the phone to the local police.

The two men arrested are expected in court soon.

New Contract Award

Integrity Security has been chosen to provide security and facilities services to a prominent multi-tenanted building in Bristol.

The contract commences this month and the instruction was made by a large national property management company who are already very familiar with Integrity’s high standards of customer service.

It is anticipated that further premises will be added in Swindon and Cirencester shortly.

Increased Out of Hours Patrols

Integrity Security has been appointed by a family owned and independent Midlands based property company to provide out of hours security patrols at one of their retail developments based in Birmingham.

Before Integrity were tasked with providing the security service the site had previously experienced problems with both anti-social behaviour and criminal damage.

Integrity Security has been awarded the contract to provide security personnel to one of the Midland’s longest established manufacturers in the steel industry.  Their new client has occupied the same site for nearly 140 years and has grown into one of the world’s leading producers.  Decade after decade of evolution, both in methods and machinery, have seen the company constantly advance those standards.  Continuous investment has ensured that the company has retained its pre-eminent position and today has some of the most modern production plant of its type.

Integrity Awarded Prestigious Security Contract

Integrity Security has been awarded a prestigious 5 year contract to supply Security Services  to a large and successful Business Improvement District (BID) located in the West Midlands.   The BID was formed by a group of business owners in the West Midlands who had become increasingly concerned about fly-tipping and crime in the area. They decided that together they could do something about it and so formed Business Improvement District.

One of the first objectives of the BID was to improve security for all businesses working within the boundary of the improvement area.  To this end funding was secured for a dedicated CCTV Control Room and supporting Mobile Patrols which are  supplied by Integrity.

The Company is engaged in a constant effort to develop new transport systems for improvement and to provide new and better services for their customers. They offer services such as long and short term storage, picking and packing, delivery by time slot or JIT (Just in Time) with full logistical support.

These services are incorporated within their proven computerised Warehouse Management System which offers full history and accountability, full bar-coding, FIFO control and real time monitoring.

Integrity expands into new premises

We have now finished moving to our new offices based in Shirley, Solihull.  Recognised as a high growth business by Business Link, and with a number of new  contracts secured and with others being negotiated, our new much larger office base will give us the capacity to support our growth.

As well as having more space, the premises at Highlands House afford us improved parking, larger meeting facilities and a well equipped dedicated Control Room.

Although our postal address has obviously changed our telephone, fax and email contacts remain unchanged.

New Contract award – Walsall

Integrity Security has been appointed to provide manned guarding to a large privately owned Industrial Park.  The Park comprises of 23 industrial warehouse units on a well managed estate suitable for a range of industrial and warehouse uses.

Integrity Security provide a four person team to man the purpose built Security Tower around the clock  at the industrial estate which lies  south east of Walsall Town Centre.
