Due to Integrity’s continued growth, we have expanded our Head Office team! We would like to welcome onboard our new Junior Contracts manager Christopher Barton and HR Administrator Amy Duern. Chris will be out on-site completing site and welfare visits with you and covering manning, rosters, and holidays. Amy will be at Integrity Head Office to deal with any questions, queries, or HR-related issues. They have both settled in
well and we believe they will be great assets to the business and growing team.

Throughout 2021, Integrity has been awarded over 25 new sites across Great Britain carrying out various services including Vacant Property Inspections and other FM services. With a great working relationship, this continues to help with Integrity’s continued growth in the facilities management sector.
We are pleased to recognise the excellent service provided by our
members of staff and are thrilled to receive compliments from sites and
clients. As a way of saying thank you the following members of staff
have received Amazon gift vouchers for outstanding work. Sherrie Johns and Abbie Ashmead
from Southgate house and Diana Conradie and Linda Stanley from Spirella. Also, a thank you to Philip
Masterson at Latham House and Stephen Coulby at the Old Dalby site for excellent work
Congratulations to Ivan Pitt for 10 years of service with Integrity. We thank you for your
commitment and continuous hard work at Victoria Fold & Anchor Brook. David Coates was
pleased to present Ivan with a certificate and engraved 10-year anniversary clock.
The last 18 months have been difficult for everyone and it is important that all Integrity staff get the support they need in this turbulent climate.
To help our workforce Integrity are pleased to now offer all employees access to WeCare by Canada Life. This free service for all staff helps with general well-being and can be accessed 24/7 for assistance with mental health counselling, a get fit programme, legal and financial guidance as well as access to a UK-based GP.
When a vacancy opened on our West Midlands-based mobile patrol team Saleem put himself forward for the role. Having already demonstrated the key attributes of responsibility and reliability during his time at Integrity he would make an ideal candidate.
After an interview with Dave Coates he was offered the position and we’re happy to say has excelled in the role. Saleem has made a great addition to the team and is thoroughly enjoying the role. Dave Coates said, “its always great to be able to see staff develop and Saleem is a prime example of someone with a great future at Integrity.”
Due to the continued expansion of our security guarding division Integrity has taken on a Junior Contracts Manager. Chris Barton has joined the team and will get to know everyone over the coming weeks. He’ll be out and about visiting all the sites and getting an understanding of the Integrity operation! Integrity now has over 110 active employees across the country and it’s great that we’re continually adding to our growing operation.
