You may have recently seen Integrity Security Group Ltd featured on the prime time television news programme BBC Midlands Today. We were approached due to the Company’s deliberate policy of targeting the long term unemployed when looking to fill vacancies.
The camera crew and regular reporter Ben Sidwell came to Integrity’s Solihull HQ to interview Tony Turner and Will Adams to get their experiences of starting a Company during the recession. Paul Brotheridge, who works at Latham House in Birmingham city centre, was also interviewed to outline his experiences after joining the Company after a period of unemployment.
Tony and Will enjoy being able to offer people the opportunity for a fresh start and to offer them positions within the Company “We know, from personal experience, if you give people an opportunity to prove themselves and offer the best possible training, they can be a great asset to your business.”
